Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Denver is seeking an entry level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP track. You will provide and coordinate care, perform assessments, plan interventions, and support an interdisciplinary team in the End Stage Kidney Disease program.

The role includes patient education, medication administration, and collaboration with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and technicians. You must hold an RN license in the state, CPR/BLS certification, and be prepared to advance through the CAP.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential functions under supervision with guidance from the Clinical Educator or RN.
• Collects and analyzes patient data during hemodialysis and documents in the medical record.
• Provides education to patients and families about care and treatment options.
