Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Outpatient RN CAP 1 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients, performing assessments, planning, interventions and evaluations under supervision of nursing leadership.

The program includes 12 weeks of dialysis education with no prior experience required, along with full-time benefits and a clear CAP advancement pathway; there are no overnight shifts or

Qualifications

• RN must be graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed to practice in the state.
• CPR/BLS certification required for clinical duties; ongoing competency expected.
• Entry-level RN with potential for progression within the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP).

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in patient records.
• Assist with medication administration and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis care and transplant/treatment options.
• Lead or participate in staff training and orientation as assigned.
