Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP program in a dialysis setting. The role focuses on assembling and coordinating patient care, including assessments, planning, and education for patients undergoing hemodialysis, with guidance from experienced staff.

As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease team, you’ll participate in teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities while meeting CAP requirements to advance within the program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for dialysis patients.
• Coordinate care and education with patients and families.
• Administer medications per physician orders or approved algorithms.
