Qualifications

• Entry level RN with less than 2 years of nephrology nursing experience.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure required.
• CPR BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, collect and document patient data during hemodialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Provide initial and ongoing patient/family education.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team to update care plans.
• Ensure compliance with Fresenius Kidney Care policies and procedures.
