Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Outpatient RN CAP 1 for their Bridgeville, Delaware location. This entry level role is part of the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) and requires the provision of clinically competent care to patients. Registered Nurses will assess, plan, and evaluate patient care, ensuring coordination with team members to enhance patient outcomes.

Candidates should be graduates of an accredited nursing program and hold the necessary state licensure. Ideal applicants will have a basic understanding of nephrology nursing and clinical practices related to hemodialysis.

Qualifications

• Must have current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis is preferred.
• Entry-level position for RNs with less than 2 years of experience.
