Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Matthews, NC is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of dialysis treatment.

This role requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing, current state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and evaluate care for an assigned group of patients.
• Coordinate nursing care under supervision of the Clinical Educator and Team Leader.
• Administer medications as prescribed or per approved protocol.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
