Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform essential functions under supervision with guidance from Clinical Educator and RN team.
• Collect and analyze patient data during hemodialysis, adjust plan as needed and document in EMR.
• Educate patients and families on care and learning needs.
• Deliver safe, effective hemodialysis therapy to assigned patients with the care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and document effectiveness.
