Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current state licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and eligibility to practice in the state.
• RN with nephrology/hemodialysis experience preferred; entry-level allowed.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Perform hemodialysis-related nursing duties under supervision and with the care team.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and care plans.
• Administer medications per protocol and document effectiveness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in quality improvement activities.
