Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG in Canton, OH seeks an entry level Outpatient Registered Nurse. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, perform assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation during hemodialysis, and document in the medical record.

You may delegate tasks to qualified staff and participate in team-based care within the ESKD program.

Qualifications

• Entry level RN with nephrology experience preferred (≤2 years).
• 9 months RN experience minimum required.
• 3 months dialysis experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active state license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients during hemodialysis.
• Document patient data and treatment in the medical record and adjust care plan as needed.
• Collaborate with RN/LVN/LPN and patient care technicians as part of a care team.
• Administer medications as prescribed and follow approved algorithms.
• Assist with emergency responses and participate in staff training.
