Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with at least 9 months of RN experience.
• 3 months of chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and valid state licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification current and active.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential nursing functions under supervision and Educator guidance.
• Collects and analyzes patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis.
• Educates patients and families about care plans and treatment options.
• Provides safe, effective hemodialysis treatment with the care team.
• Directs daily patient care activities and participates in quality improvement.
