Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide education to patients and families.
• Deliver safe and effective hemodialysis therapy under supervision and guidance.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document outcomes.
• Participate in emergency response measures when needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans.
