Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current applicable state RN licensure.
• Current or successful CPR/BLS certification.
• Entry level RN with nephrology nursing interest encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients.
• Document assessments, plan, interventions and evaluations in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and options.
• Administer medications per physician orders and approved protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and supervise or mentor staff as assigned.
