Job summary

Wellstar is seeking a CT technologist to join our radiology team. You will perform CT and radiographic exams, position patients, and ensure safety and image quality in a hospital setting.

The role requires ARRT-CT certification, a radiologic technology program, and at least 1 year of radiology experience. Expect multidisciplinary collaboration, strict safety protocols, and opportunities for professional growth within Wellstar’s Total Rewards ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program completion required.
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications required; BLS/ARC-BLS considered an asset.
• Minimum 1 year radiology/CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and radiographic exams with accuracy and safety.
• Verify orders, patient history, and appropriate preprocedural steps.
• Position patients and adjust equipment for quality images while minimizing radiation exposure.
• Maintain equipment and PACS RIS workflow and documentation.
