Wellstar is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform CT and radiographic procedures with emphasis on patient safety and comfort. You will prepare patients, operate imaging equipment, and ensure high-quality diagnostic images in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program completed.
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certification; BLS required.
• Minimum 1 year radiology experience; CT experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Verify clinician orders and obtain patient history to ensure safe exams.
• Position patients and operate imaging equipment to produce diagnostic studies.
• Maintain equipment and ensure radiation safety and ALARA principles.
• Prepare and prep patients using AIDET and provide patient education as needed.
• Document procedures and ensure images are properly released to PACS.
