Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 3-5 years of customer service in healthcare or human services setting.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Bilingual abilities and healthcare experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in applying for financial assistance and securing coverage.
• Educate patients on eligibility requirements and available programs.
• Update demographic information and maintain financial trackers.
• Initiate new applications and renewals; document outreach efforts.
• Act as a navigator and advocate to reduce uncompensated care.
