Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a related field.
• LADAC I/II or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Licensure or eligibility to practice in Tennessee preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family counseling within scope of practice.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and continuation plans.
• Coordinate care with clinical team, patient, and family members.
• Document clinical activities and maintain patient records according to policy.
• Deliver psychoeducation and relapse prevention within Eight Domains of Addiction Counseling.
• Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision as required.
