Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the outpatient Substance Use Disorder program and provide clinical supervision for staff.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and support recovery through relapse prevention and coping skills.
• Coordinate with community partners, hospitals, and support services to ensure integrated care.
• Oversee program audits, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and compassionate care across the program.
