Job summary

Laurel Hill Center seeks a dedicated Co-Occurring Program Coordinator to lead our outpatient Substance Use Disorder program. The role blends direct clinical work with staff supervision, program quality oversight, and community collaboration to support recovery for adults in Lane County.

The ideal candidate is a CADC II or higher, capable of reducing caseload while guiding clinicians and ensuring compliance with program standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold CADC II (or higher) and be licensed/certified for substance use disorders.
• Experience leading outpatient SUD programs and supervising clinical staff is required.
• Strong skills in relapse prevention, crisis intervention, and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and support recovery at all stages.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling focusing on relapse prevention and coping skills.
• Create relapse prevention, WRAP and safety plans for participants.
• Coordinate care with community partners, hospitals, and treatment providers.
• Provide case management and crisis intervention as needed.
