Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with adults with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders.
• At least one year of supervision of professional staff is required.
• Licensure as an LPC is preferred.
• Knowledge of supervision and management strategies, DSM 5, IDDT, motivational interviewing, and electronic record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise outpatient counseling programs for adults with co-occurring disorders.
• Supervise licensed or credentialed staff, providing clinical and administrative supervision.
• Develop work schedules, plan programming, and coordinate service delivery with partners.
• Assist in development and monitoring of program budgets.
• Carry a caseload and participate in intake as needed.
