Job summary

Penndel Mental Health Center is seeking a Co-Occurring Disorders (COD) Coordinator to lead and supervise the COD program within the Outpatient department. The role includes clinical oversight, staff training, and coordination of ASAM assessments and regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes program growth, staff development, and collaboration with the Director to maintain quality services for clients with co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; pertinent licensure; two years of direct service experience.
• Supervisory/leadership experience in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and administrative supervision to COD staff.
• Engages in marketing activities to grow the COD program.
• Maintains a clinical caseload of 10-15 clients weekly and runs groups.
• Completes clinical intakes and ASAM assessments.
• Trains staff to complete clinical intakes and ASAM assessments.
• Maintains all DDAP trainings and training logs.
• Participates in external meetings as assigned by leadership.
• Coordinates service delivery and program metrics; assists with audits.
