Job summary

The Certified Medical Assistant at MUSC Community Physicians (MCP) works under the Outpatient Clinic Manager and RN supervision to support patient-centered care. Qualifications

• Must be certified through AMT, AAMA, NHA, or MedCA as a CMA/CCMA/NAHP/NCCT; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in examination and treatment of patients under physician direction.
• Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record inputs to the medical record.
