Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health required or preferred.
• Arizona licensure reimbursed when renewed as a TH employee.
• Behavioral health experience preferred; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to clients.
• Handle intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling through evidence-based practices.
• Chart progress, maintain clinical records and ensure implementation of treatment and discharge plans.
• Monitor and follow up on client needs, and submit monthly service reports as required or needed.
• Coordinate services with State, Federal, and local agencies.
• Provide client-centered outpatient clinical services to individuals/families.
