Join us to apply for the Outpatient Clinician - PRIDE role at Northeast Family Services.

We are offering a Generous Stay-on Bonus!

• $3,000 Stay-on Bonus at the successful completion of probation for LMSWs, Limited Permit Social Workers, and Mental Health Counselors.
• $6,000 Stay-on Bonus at the successful completion of probation for LCSWs and LMHCs.

Position Details:

• Full-Time or Fee-for-Service options available.
• PRIDE CLINICIAN role focused on serving the LGBTQIA+ community with structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes or in-office settings.
• Work collaboratively to help clients access their strengths through individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

Compensation:

• Full-time: $50,000 - $65,000 annually.
• Fee-for-Service: $35 - $55 per hour.

Qualifications:

• Culturally competent in LGBTQIA+ issues through education, training, or experience.
• Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field.
• Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) or Limited Permit in NY.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in community or home settings (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage own schedule and client outreach.
