Therapist Job Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based outpatient treatment to diverse individuals, families, couples, and groups in an empathetic and supportive manner.
• Conduct biopsychosocial intakes in order to assess mental health concerns and determine appropriate level of care treatment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are measurable and guide treatment.
• Maintain thorough patient documentation utilizing a practitioner-focused EMR system.
• Opportunities to provide supervision, training, and mentorship to practicum students and interns.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

• A minimum of a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Must hold an active license (e.g. Licensed Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.).
• 2+ years clinical experience preferred.
• Previous commercial insurance accreditation is preferred (e.g. Aetna, Highmark, Optum, etc.).

Clearances

All our clinicians must complete a background check, which includes: a state criminal history record verification, FBI clearance, and child abuse clearance.
