PRIDE CLINICIAN

Our LGBTQIA+ oriented team has openings for PRIDE CLINICIAN. Help us create a service-based team that reflects the PRIDE / LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITY! This team provides structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions to the LGBTQIA+ community, either in clients' homes or in the office, to address behavioral health needs. We utilize evidence-based practices that promote cultural competence.

Responsibilities include: working collaboratively with clients to access their strengths, providing individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy, and making a positive impact on children, adults, and families.

Compensation:

• Full-time: $50,000-$65,000
• Fee For Service: $35-$55 per hour

Qualifications:

• LGBTQIA+ cultural competence
• Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
• Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) or Limited Permit in NY
• At least 1 year experience with children, youth, and families in community settings (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently and as part of a team
