PRIDE CLINICIAN

Our LGBTQIA+ oriented team has openings for PRIDE CLINICIAN. Help us create a service-based delivery team that REFLECTS the PRIDE / LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITY! This team provides structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions to the LGBTQIA+ community, in clients’ homes or in the office, for treating behavioral health needs. We utilize evidence-based practices that promote cultural competence.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Helping clients access their strengths and realize their potential.

Compensation:

• Full-time: $50,000-$65,000
• Fee For Service: $35-$55 per hour

Qualifications/Requirements:

• LGBTQIA+ culturally competent (education, training, experience).
• Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) or Limited Permit in NY.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, youth, and families preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• Excellent time-management skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
