Big Bend Cares is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the day-to-day clinical operations at Care Point Health & Wellness in Tallahassee. You will translate clinical standards into consistent practice, develop workflows, monitor staff competencies, and ensure safe, efficient patient care.

The role emphasizes leadership of non-provider clinical staff, collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer, and alignment of clinical and front-office functions within a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida RN or LPN license required; RN preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical outpatient experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience implementing clinical workflows, staff training, and quality initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, infection prevention, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical operations to ensure safe, timely patient care.
• Supervise non-provider clinical staff and coordinate staffing plans.
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, workflows, and compliance.
• Coordinate with the Chief Medical Officer on clinical programs and quality initiatives.
• Monitor metrics, provide coaching, and ensure regulatory readiness.

Education

Active Florida RN license

Current BLS certification

Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
