Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an outpatient clinic in South Riding, VA. This on-site, part-time role requires 2–3 weekdays with every other weekend coverage and initial training.

The RN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and document care in the EMR. The ideal candidate holds a BSN, active RN license, and 1+ year of relevant experience in primary, urgent, or ER settings.

Qualifications

• Must have BSN and active RN license in state of practice.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience required.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER settings preferred.
• Phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing experience required.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Perform routine and advanced patient assessments.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions.
• Conduct phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Educate patients regarding medications, self-care, and disease management.
• Document medical histories and medications in the EMR.
