Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for temporary contract opportunities in outpatient clinics in Virginia. Positions are part-time or full-time, on-site, with thorough training and orientation and a chance for temporary-to-permanent placement.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, phlebotomy, EMR documentation, and patient education, within licensed scope and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN/LVN license in state of work.
• Minimum of one year of related healthcare experience.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency room.
• Phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments.
• Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing.
• Document medical histories and treatment responses in EMR.
• Support patient screening and education.
• Maintain clean, organized clinical environment.
• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
