Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an Outpatient Clinic in Greensboro, NC. This on-site role is 40+ hours per week with training first 3 weeks, then 6-week scheduling blocks.

Payrate is $58.80/hr with potential for permanent hire based on attendance and performance. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, perform assessments, and support education and resources for positive health outcomes in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• BSN required with active RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of related healthcare experience.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER settings preferred.
• Phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing required.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (Epic preferred) and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments (oral, injectable, IV, topical).
• Perform routine and advanced patient assessments and vital signs.
• Monitor patient conditions and document responses to treatment.
• Perform phlebotomy, vaccines, and point‑of‑care testing.
• Educate patients on medication use, self‑care and disease management.
• Maintain EMR documentation including histories, meds, allergies, and procedures.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
