Job summary

The role ensures smooth day-to-day clinic operations and supports initiatives. Requires 1–2 years of office-based healthcare admin experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred in behavioral health, business admin, or related field.
• 1–2 years office-based administrative experience, preferably in healthcare/outpatient clinic.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, insurance verification, or medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs wide variety of admin and operational duties for daily outpatient facility operations.
• Facilitates communication between Director of Outpatient Services, clinic staff, and management.
• Supports administrative projects and initiatives for Director of Outpatient Services.
• Provides follow-up on assignments for staff by leadership.
• Performs complex administrative work requiring independent judgment.
• Completes assignments accurately, timely, within guidelines.
• Contributes to Performance Improvement initiatives.
• Performs other related duties including operational or patient-facing responsibilities.
