Haven Behavioral Hospital of West Chester is seeking an Outpatient Services Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the outpatient clinic, which may include patient-facing activities, scheduling, documentation, and coordination with clinic staff and leadership. This position ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic and supports administrative initiatives as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide variety of administrative and operational duties as required for the daily operation of the outpatient facility, which may include patient-facing activities.
• Facilitates communication between the Director of Outpatient Services, clinic staff, and key management personnel.
• Supports routine administrative projects and initiatives for the Director of Outpatient Services, including research and analysis as needed.
• Provides follow-up on assignments given to staff by the Director of Outpatient Services or facility leadership.
• Performs specialized and complex administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment.
• Completes assignments accurately, in a timely manner, and within established procedural guidelines.
• Contributes to Performance Improvement initiatives as requested.
• Performs other related duties as assigned, which may include operational or patient-facing responsibilities.
