Responsibilities include inventory oversight, hospice coordination, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state laws. Requires PTCB/NHA certification, high school diploma, and Kentucky BOP registration; strong customer service and Excel skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or NHA certification required.
• BOP registration in the state where work is performed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to perform Rx calculations and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispensing under pharmacist supervision.
• Oversee inventory and expiration checks (5S discipline).
• Coordinate with hospice and offsite partners for medicine handling.
• Process third-party claims and billing support where needed.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with state/federal laws.
