Qualifications

• 2–4 years of operational leadership experience in a clinical office setting.
• Direct leadership ability to coach and mentor teams.
• Interpersonal skills to interface with physicians and staff.
• Knowledge of Provider Communities.
• Medicare knowledge.
• Experience with EMR or HIM systems.
• MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in a business setting.
• A high level of engagement and emotional intelligence.
