Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist/clerical duties to support department operations.
• Process admissions, bed assignments, face sheets, and patient labels.
• Maintain patient records and ensure reports/forms are filed or scanned.
• Coordinate appointments and discharges; assist with patient flow and scheduling.
• Monitor supplies and basic equipment used in the unit.
• Handle internal and external communications with care and professionalism.
• Work under supervision in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
