Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answers phones, screens and routes calls for clinic staff and physicians.
• Schedules and edits patient appointments for new and returning patients.
• Greets patients and assists with seating and wait times; communicates delays as needed.
• Collects patient demographic and insurance data and co-pays.
• Maintains records and prints scheduling reports.
