Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking an Outpatient Clinical Care Assistant to support patients and caregivers in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Responsibilities include health screenings, specimen collection, data entry, room maintenance and supply stocking.

The role requires high school completion, BLS certification and at least one year of healthcare experience, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule and no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS Certification through AHA or Red Cross within new hire period.
• One year of healthcare experience in hospital/ambulatory or similar setting OR additional formal training/education.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under RN/LIP supervision.
• Perform rooming with vitals, intake questions and documentation.
• Collect specimens and perform point‑of‑care testing.
