Job summary

Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a data entry-focused position within Finance / Payroll / WIC. The role requires a minimum high school diploma and at least one year of related experience.

You will perform high-volume data entry with MediTech, ESW and 3M PASR workflows, verify insurance orders, and manage BAR/ABS accounts while coordinating with IT and Ambulatory Care leaders. Shift is Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute and accurate data entry.
• Experience with MediTech, ESW and 3M in PASR workflows.
• Knowledge of BAR and ABS accounts and insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Type at least 40 words per minute and possess prior data entry experience.
• Have PASR experience using MediTech, ESW and 3M.
• Maintain and finalize accounts in BAR and ABS, adding missing information.
• Process and prorate accounts after finalizing to prevent errors.
• Report discrepancies in ECW and 3M workflow to IT and Ambulatory Care administrator.
• Prioritize new tasks as they arise.
• Work effectively both in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and correct insurance order.
• Be mature, accountable and punctual, reporting to work as scheduled.
