Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, or related field.
• CADC credential in good standing required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a clinical SUD or behavioral health setting.
• At least one year of clinical supervision, team leadership, or program oversight experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ASAM criteria, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, Medicaid documentation and billing requirements.
• Strong communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision for outpatient clinical and support staff.
• Conduct regular supervision, team meetings, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Promote trauma-informed, culturally humble, ethical practice and quality improvement.
• Oversee treatment planning, ASAM assessments, and discharge planning.
• Coordinate care with internal programs, MTM services, and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and accreditation standards.
• Monitor productivity, documentation quality, and audit readiness.
