Haven Behavioral Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Outpatient program. The RN provides nursing care to patients with common health issues within a multidisciplinary team, following Joint Commission and facility standards.

Responsibilities include assessments, documentation, medications administration, patient education, and coordination of transport. Graduate nursing degree and 1 year acute care/psychiatric experience preferred.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Prefer at least 1 year experience in an acute medical/surgical setting and/or an acute psychiatric setting.
• Experience in high-stress environments and diverse patient populations.

Mansioni

• Assess basic needs using assessment scales and data collection.
• Communicate findings with care team and document in patient record.
• Implement care interventions per the treatment plan with other providers.
• Perform nursing procedures, vital signs, and patient education.
• Ensure safe medication delivery and patient education on meds.
• Coordinate transportation of patients to/from the program.
