Qualifications

• Master's Degree in behavioral health discipline with at least five years of postgraduate experience.
• At least two years of supervisory experience; a doctorate can substitute for two years.
• Active New Jersey certification/licensure for social work; clinical licensure as LPC/LCSW/licensed Psychologist as required.
• Extensive knowledge of behavioral healthcare prevention services and leadership in unionized settings.

Responsibilities

• Directs the administrative and clinical organization of assigned outpatient programs.
• Conducts interviews and makes hiring recommendations for vacant positions.
• Maintains current knowledge of mental health trends and participates in training to uphold best practices.
• Reviews clinical documentation quality and provides feedback to clinicians.
• Completes annual employee health updates, including PPD testing.
