Care Plus NJ is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to oversee the coordination and delivery of outpatient behavioral health services, primarily serving our Bergen County programs. This leadership role combines clinical supervision, program oversight, staff development, and quality improvement to ensure effective, person-centered, and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field required by program standards.
• Active professional license (LCSW or LPC) required by program standards.
• Minimum 2 years of program management and supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability by the agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to therapists, case managers, and staff.
• Review clinical documentation, treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes.
• Support staff development and ongoing training in evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers and community partners.
• Oversee client intake, assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and discharge.
• Analyze program outcomes and implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed work environment.
• Assist with program development, staffing, budgeting, and operational goals.
• Lead weekly treatment team meetings and participate in leadership reviews.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor clinical staff; ensure regulatory compliance.
