Center for Family Services seeks a full-time Behavioral Health Assistant to support prescribers and patients in the Outpatient Department in Absecon. This role involves coordinating care, documenting patient information, and facilitating access to services within Camden and Gloucester Counties, NJ.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and experience in medical/behavioral health settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in medical/behavioral health support roles.
• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Advanced computer skills and experience with electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care support and case management to prescriber staff.
• Research client records and coordinate with prescribers and PCPs.
• Maintain electronic health records and ensure licensing/compliance.
