The Lindner Center of Hope is seeking an Outpatient Registration Specialist - Medical Secretary in Mason, OH to support clinicians and the intake, registration and billing teams. This full-time role ensures smooth patient flow in outpatient services.

You will answer calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance information, update patient records, and coordinate administrative details across departments while delivering excellent patient and family service in a mental health setting.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• At least 2 years of doctor’s office or healthcare administrative experience.
• Strong customer service and confidentiality skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; receptionist duties required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer new patient line timely and document intake information.
• Schedule and update patient appointments; verify demographic and insurance data.
• Coordinate between Intake, Registration and Billing for service delivery.
• Assist clinicians with administrative tasks and maintain electronic records.
• Provide excellent service to staff, patients and visitors.
