Lindner Center of Hope in Mason, OH seeks a Health Unit Coordinator to support inpatient services under the Sr. Manager, Inpatient. Responsibilities include organizing units, scheduling pickups, and coordinating with staff to ensure seamless patient flow and documentation in the EMR.

The role requires clinical measurements, vital signs, and assistance with activities of daily living, with a focus on safety and quality care in a mental health setting.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher degree in psychology, social work or related field.
• Two years of experience in a mental health setting may be preferred.
• Nursing student in an NLN accredited RN program with hospital rotation.
• CPR Certification – may be obtained after hire.

Responsabilités

• Obtains clinical measurements.
• Vital signs, height and weight.
• Intake and output; collects specimens and prepares for lab pickup.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living, hygiene, grooming and safety.
• Delivers direct care and follows the established treatment plan.
• Documents in the EMR and maintains patient care data.

Formation

Associate degree or higher in psychology, social work or related field
