Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Experienced Guest Services Agent for the Houston Marriott Westchase. This dual role combines Front Desk duties with the At Your Service telephone operations, delivering warm, personalized guest experiences and accurate information about hotel services.

The position requires flexible, full-time availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with AM/PM shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required; full-service hotel guest services experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with guests and staff, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience using complex reservation management software systems or other relevant programs/technology; ability to operate multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests warmly; provide room keys and follow brand service standards.
• Answer guest questions over the phone and take in-room dining orders; process work orders with departments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, types, amenities, and rates; assist with guest needs and problem resolution.
• Adhere to safety, grooming, and professional appearance standards; support a welcoming front desk environment.
