Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI is seeking an Outlets Host to greet guests, escort them to tables, present menus and wine lists, and help maintain smooth dining room operations.

What will you be doing?

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive. Ensure even distribution of tables for each server.
• Escort guests to tables, hand them menus, wine list, and inform guests of specials.
• Receive, record, and make any necessary arrangements for reservations and special functions in the restaurant.
• Verbally communicate to server the table number sat and the number of guests.
• Beverage table if needed and/or time allows.
• Clean and display proper menus before, during, and after shift.
• Assist with all to-go orders.
• Assist wait staff and bus staff as needed and perform other duties as assigned per Manager.

• No prior experience required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
