Job summary

The Menger Hotel in San Antonio, TX seeks an Outlet Supervisor for Food & Beverage to lead front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating service, and maintaining high standards in a historic hotel setting.

You will oversee orders, schedules, and guest requests, while upholding sanitation and safety guidelines and fostering a collaborative team environment. Previous restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house restaurant operations preferred.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Support front-of-house operations and dining service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food orders are placed accurately and timely.
• Ensure service standards are being followed by all.
• Maintain food sanitation standards and ensure all food storage areas are kept clean.
• Assist in supervising, scheduling, and assigning tasks for all team members.
• Control and monitor inventory of all needed materials and equipment.
• Assist with guests' requests, needs and questions.

Requested Tasks:
