Job summary

The Menger Hotel in San Antonio seeks a Night Audit and Relief Front Desk associate to support overnight and relief front desk operations. The role focuses on balancing and auditing daily accounts, supervising check-ins/outs, and ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service.

Responsibilities include handling wake-up calls, guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments. Prior front desk experience is highly preferred for this full-time on-site position.

• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy hotel environment.
