The Menger Hotel in San Antonio, TX, seeks an Outlet Supervisor for F&B to lead front-of-house operations, ensure dining standards, and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will support scheduling, training, and motivating the team, while maintaining sanitation, safety, and service quality in a historic Texas landmark.

This role requires a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and a professional, approachable presence. Prior restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead by example and manage a daily dining service flow.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food orders are placed accurately and timely
• Ensure service standards are being followed by all
• Maintain food sanitation standards and ensure all food storage areas are kept clean
• Assist in supervising, scheduling, and assigning tasks for all team members
• Control and monitor inventory of all needed materials and equipment
• Assist with guests' requests, needs and questions
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry preferred
